Suzie On Hold Pending Adoption

Miss suzie has found a forever home and is on hold pending adoption. Gorgeous miss suzie q as she is affectionately called, hasn’t had a great start to life. Surrendered with her mother and nine pups we were thrilled to get suzie out of her old home and prepare her for the fabulous new life in front of her. It seems suzie was the product of a mating between her cross bred mother and a visiting jack russell. We aren’t too sure what happened to the other pups from suzies litter but we can only hope that they were lucky enough to get great homes. Sadly suzie stayed in the family only to become pregnant during her first season to another visiting dog who also impregnated her mother. Suzies family weren’t in a position to adequately care for one dog, never mind the 14 that they found themselves with!

with all that behind her we are looking for a fabulous family to make up for her awful start. Suzie has the sweetest and softest personality and loves nothing more than to have a snuggle on your lap. Suzie is about the size of a cocker spaniel, she is easy to lift, pretty good on a lead and great in the car given she hasn’t been in one before coming to us. Suzie has always lived with other dogs so whilst a laid back and social doggy friend could work, i also feel that with regular exercise and plenty of company suzie could adjust to life as an only dog. Suzies ideal new home would be with an active mature couple keen to spoil her like the sweet little princess she is! suzies new family should be committed to ongoing training, socialization and building her confidence so that she gets out and about to enjoy life! suzie is a gorgeous young girl who, in the right home, will mature into a delightful doggy companion
