Hi I'm Arlo! I'm a stunning young man who's ready to make your heart melt. I make friends quickly, love to play, and love doing zoomies. I was very thin when I came into the shelter, and I've been nursed back to health with the help of the staff here and my lovely foster family. As you can imagine I love to gobble my food really quickly now. I'm still getting used to the idea that I will be fed everyday! I need a devoted owner who will manage my eating habits ie feeding me from slow feeders, food puzzles or exciting enrichment and understands I'm a little protective of my food so they'll leave me be while I eat.
I would love to be your one and only doggo at home as well, since I'm happy having all my own things and not sharing with other dogs. I totally think I deserve all your loving. In saying that, I'm pretty dog social so I would love to go out on doggy play dates, although maybe not at dog parks as that might be a little too much for me!
I love car rides, so be sure to take me on plenty of them! I really am a fun loving dog that deserves all the love I will get from my new home. I've been learning a bunch of tricks in my foster home and I'd love to show you them. While I have loved my Foster family, I think it's about time I had a forever family of my own!
