Hi! I'm Skobi! No, not Scooby - I'm even cuter than that guy!

While he's off solving spooky mysteries, I'm much more comfortable lapping up some pats and scratches. We do see eye-to-eye on the Scooby Snacks, though!

I'm a friendly, outgoing boy who loves meeting people. I'm quite confident, but sometimes new challenges can overwhelm me a bit, and I need an understanding human to help me work through them. Bridges scare me a bit, for example. I do like an adventure, though, so, let's take it slowly and with your help, I'm sure I'll get there.

I'm great with other dogs my size, but still need a little work with smaller dogs (sorry Scrappy-Doo) - they still excite me a bit much. I'm also good with kids and would love a new buddy or two, but it's best if they're over five years old.

Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
