About 🦄 Sharpie 🦄 C04302
Hi my name is Sharpie! Here’s a little more about me 🐾
My favourite food: Advance dry food and Prime 100 chicken loaf 😋
My favourite activity: Cuddles on the Shelter beanbags 🥨
My favourite place: Running through muddy puddles 🐾
My best feature: My pretty face 🥰
My forever home:
Sharpie is a typical adolescent, she tries things out to see what works and what doesn't, she is still learning about her world and everything in it.
About me:
Sharpie will need an owner that is going to be dedicated to continuing her socialisation and training as she grows older and wiser.
Whilst Sharpie has been in the fabulous care of the MPS Community Animal Shelter, she has been learning basic commands such as sit, stay, drop, wait, heel, and to not jump up or be boisterous.
Sometimes, Sharpie becomes super excited, and just wants to play, but she has been learning that she needs to have manners, and be respectful of the boundaries of her loved ones.
'Musts' from Sharpie's Adoptive Parents:
They must commit to weekly dog training, have secure 6ft plus fences, have time to follow thru on her training at home, refrain from taking Sharpie to dog parks- until she is ready and confident enough to make friends.
Sharpie will stay with us for as long as it takes to find her forever home. Our staff are providing her with all the TLC and music that she so very much loves and deserves. 🏡

2. All the dogs in our care are fed high quality nutritious food, provided enrichment, receive a nice clean pen each day and our tireless staff use every opportunity to spend time with the dogs to help them to connect and regain trust.
3. After the eight business day holding period and there has been no success at finding the owner or the owner has abandoned or surrendered the dog, the animal will then go on to our next step in the re-homing process.

Our team are highly experienced, qualified and are up to the challenge of assessing and preparing the animals for rescue and adoption.
