About Zac
Zac is just the most adorble little boy. He is 14 but overall happy and healthy. He has an itchy skin which requires a monthly injection and baths a couple of times a week but apart from that has no medical conditions.
From his foster carer:
Zac is a sprightly little man who is very chilled around cats and dogs alike. He is friendly around strangers but will bark with the pack if they chime up. Zac can't walk up or down stairs but is happy to have a lift if you hold him the right way. H e loves to go for a walk but can't go too far and is perfectly suited to being with someone who spends a lot of time at home. It took him about 10 days to settle in at our house and not cry when I went out but now he knows I will always come back and he doesn't make a fuss even when I go to work. He always gives me a happy twirl and gets very energetic when I come home. Zac has a lot of love to give and greatly enjoys tummy rubs and a back scratch.
What Zac needs:
Zac needs a quiet home with another small dog for company when the humans are absent and where people are home a lot of the time. No children as he may get stressed.
Adoption details
We list animals for adoption on Pet Rescue as well as on our own Animals-in-Need Website. We talk with people who contact about an animal to see what their needs and situation are. My emphasis is on getting the right animal for the people and the right people for the animal. If everyone's needs are met things usually work out well.
Please note all our cats are indoor cats only.
If the situation sounds good we arrange a meeting. If all goes well we let people try the animal out for a couple of weeks to ensure that everyone is happy.
We keep records of all adopters, follow up to ensure all is well and undertake to take back any animal if circumstances change.
