NOTE: You are unable to meet Kardy until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Kardy in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.


What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family
• A doggie playmate would be great, if not then lots of socialising with other dogs - I LOVE other dogs
• A cat may be ok with a slow introduction.
• I like both friendly male and female dogs
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• Lots of love and attention
• I have previously lived with young children
• Being a social and playful pupper I would love to go to doggy daycare
• I appeared scared of cats, rabbits and roosters when meeting them at the shelter.

Things that I don’t want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car

My best features:
• Sweetest nature & gentle
• Super snuggly and LOVE cuddles, especially on your lap on the lounge
• I LOVE other dogs
• I am very people focused & attentive
• I am responsive to my name
• Social butterfly
• I walk well on lead for a young doggo but walking in a harness would be beneficial
• I am pretty much the perfect girl who would be a great family addition

Where I need to improve / Training required:
• I will require full basic training as I've had no training experience yet
• I can be a bit nervy in unfamiliar environments but adjust quickly, lots of socialising and exposure out and about will be beneficial for me

Kardy is a sweet and gentle female pup looking for her forever home. She loves cuddles, especially on the lounge, and is very people focused and responsive to her name. Kardy is a social butterfly who loves other dogs, so having a doggie playmate would make her feel right at home. She has previously lived with young children so she understands their energy level and likes to be around them.

Kardy will need daily walks, trips to the park or beach and back yard playtime to keep her happy. Further training with basic doggie manners is needed too, as she has had no prior training experience yet. She can be a bit nervy in unfamiliar environments but adjusts quickly with lots of socializing and exposure out and about. With secure fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent), plenty of toys, mental stimulation and lots of love and attention this perfect pup would make the best family addition!
