Ace is a big, goofy and lovable American Staffy pup! Despite his size, he loves to play and has no concept of manners. He is an intelligent pup who is motivated by rewards and would benefit from professional training. Ace is best suited to a one or two person household with experienced owners capable of handling his strong nature. With a secure yard and dedicated carers, Ace will thrive in the right home environment.
Ace loves people and enjoys meeting new faces - children 12+ years old can meet him provided their parents are experienced with dogs like him. He has socialised with other dogs but requires further training before he can be re-homed with them. Ace loves toys, especially tug-of-war, and is easily amused by anything you give him.

Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
How much does it cost to adopt?
The adoption fee for dogs covers C3 vaccination, health check, heartworm testing, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
The adoption fee for cats covers F3 vaccination, health check, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
