About Suzette *On Trial*
*suzette is currently trialling her new home* gorgeous little suzette came to sarg from balranald shire council. After weeks of trying to find her owner, the ranger from the shire decided she was too lovely to be put to sleep so they contacted us and of course we were more than happy to help with a sweetie like suzette!!
suzette has settled in well into foster care, she’s a quiet little girl who loves human company. Suzette can be a little aloof where her carers other dogs are concerned, but accepts they are there and will have the occasional play with one of the cavalier king charles spaniels…. . And of course she’s more than happy to sleep on her carers bed at night side-by-side with the other fur-kids!
suzette is quite low-maintenance only needing a short walk (she’s terrific on a lead!) or a run around the backyard to use up her energy. Being a maltese cross suzette doesn’t shed much hair though she’ll require a good brush once a week and a clip when required. Secure fencing, bones to chew on, toys to play with and a comfy lap to curl up on will make suzette very happy indeed!
from her carer:
favourite food – chicken!!
favourite toys - chasing the chooks when they run - just to play not to bite them!
favourite pastimes - eating, and sleeping on the bed
obsessions - sitting next to you on the couch
naughtiest deed - she won’t tell me ‘cos its probably never happened!
as she only weighs 3. 8kgs suzette’s a terrific “take anywhere” size dog who would enjoy an inside / outside lifestyle as she’s fully housetrained and has quickly picked up how to use a doggy door. Suzette would be fine as an only dog so long as she wasn’t left on her own for long periods of time especially while she’s settling into a new home. If you think lovely little suzette sounds like the perfect companion for you then please contact sarg for an application now!
