About Gypsy
Meet Gypsy!
Gypsy is an absolutely lovely black greyhound who loves a cuddle.
She’s very affectionate and loves being around her people. She would benefit from only being left alone part time hours, but preferably a home where people are around more time than not.
She enjoys a 10-15 minute walk in the morning and at night (and is extremely well behaved on the lead), but if the walk was longer in the morning it may do her for the day!! She just loves being out on walks sniffing and trotting along taking in her surroundings.
She is currently living with another greyhound who is extremely calm and lazy and it would be best if she were to find a home with another calm dog who does not rely on her to come and play. She could live without another dog, but would definitely need a home where people were around the majority of the time if that were the case.
(Not cat tolerant)
She sleeps well at night and is fully toilet trained.
Gypsy is very happy and well behaved with other dogs on a lead (of all sizes) when out walking.
She is a beautiful greyhound, with a lovely heart and her new owners will fall in love straight away!!
If you think you are Gypsy’s perfect humans… please contact us for a chat and possible meet!
Adoption details
All BTG greyhounds are Desexed, C5 Vaccinated, Wormed & Heart Worm treated prior to adoption.
They have been fostered for a minimum of 8 weeks to allow maximum training and preparation for home life.
A post adoption trial period of 4 weeks is available to help families decide if the greyhound is the right one for them.
We also offer Foster to Adopt options for those who love the idea of teaching a greyhound in their home with the view to adopt it once it has "graduated" to Home Life status. This is a wonderful experience, to watch it blossom in your own home with your guidance and love. An ideal way to make sure this is the perfect dog for you.
