Hi! I'm Thelma, a new roly poly pup in the SAFE program. I have a big personality and I'm very bouncy but once I am snuggled in, then that's it for the night. I'm great with other dogs and kids! I will just about snuggle and play with anyone that will give me attention. I'm in love with my foster brother and sister dogs. I will follow them around all day and snuggle up nice and close. I do not know what personal space is. I'm in love with my carers and being on top of everyone at all times. I'm still learning to sit for food and I've been told that I'm a very quick learner. I'm also getting a professional photoshoot done soon so you'll be able to see how gorgeous I really am!

Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I'd like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I've learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I'll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me ""no"" if I'm chewing something I shouldn't and give me a chew toy instead. I'd love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don't get bored with them.
