About Pocket
Meet Pocket đ»
Pocket is an almost 3 year old boy who was surrendered to us in the hopes we could find him a family who could cater to his special needs (see medical notes below)
Pocket has really come out of his shell since being with us. He is super sweet and loves a smooch! He also LOVES his food and gets a sneaky treat every day âșïž We would love for him to go to his forever home.
If you are interested please call the clinic on 4731 3055 to organise a meet and greet.
Medical notes
Pocket has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, also known a FIV. FIV is a viral infection that affects cats usually through saliva so we suspect he got into a cat fight and acquired the disease.
Pocket can live healthily and comfortably for many more years, however, he will be more susceptible to infections.
To ensure he has the best and the healthiest life for as long as possible, Pocket needs to be
đŸAn indoor cat only
đŸThe only cat
đŸHave a dedicated owner who will take note of any changes in his behaviour and health and make a vet appointment if concerned.
We also feel Pocket would be best suited to a quieter household without small children as he can get nervous around them.
