About Casper and Sparky
Are you wanting a pair of furbabies that will put a smile on your face with their antics and joy for life?
Introducing these two lovely siblings looking for their furever home together - they are bonded and will only be adopted together.
Casper and Sparky are both 2 years and 1 week old and they are Jack Russell Terriers! So translation they are two small adorable babies looking for their forever home!
Because they are small breed dogs they do like to be ‘those ones’ that means they would prefer someone who is home more often than not, works for home, is retired – you get the picture they love to have their humans around them! (but come on who's surprised?)
Both Casper and Sparky are dog friendly and currently with a few other small breed dogs, they do love to explore and play with.
Both Casper and Sparky are happy and loving dogs that are easy to look after, Casper will always keep a watch over Sparky and ensure that he is okay.
Casper is the boss out of the two boys and knows how to get Sparky to do what he wants.
They can be boisterous when excited but they are gentle and loving. They will happily jump up on you to give a huge greeting or a ear lick or a snuggle – they are learning the word ‘down’ to help them with their jumping.
They are both a little overweight but love a walk (they do pull in excitement but with consistent walks this can be amended) they would love a life where they are very much a part of their humans lifestyle with visits to the beach, or long walks.
Both babies are company for each other and both love cuddles and if you have steps to your bed they will gladly share your bed with you.
They are currently in a foster home with young children with no issues.
Both Casper and Sparky love exploring outside in the yard and going for walks – the excitement that shows when they see their leads is entertaining and both love a good walk where they can set the pace (little legs you know).
Both furbabies are great with their food bowls and eating.
Both are so full of love and get compliments from EVERYONE who meets them - the cute faces will have you falling in love with them in no time
Casper and Sparky are not tested with cats
They are both toilet trained and happily use a doggy door.
If you are looking for two gentle and affectionate companions and can offer a warm home, comfortable beds and plenty of love then please send through an adoption application - Casper and Sparky are waiting!

Adoption details
Paw Prints Canine Rescue is a non for profit dog rescue located in Southeast Queensland.
All our dogs leave our care with full vet work (up-to-date vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, heart worm and intestinal wormed and flea treated).
Please note - They will not leave for their new homes until they are 12 weeks of age and have been desexed, micro-chipped and vaccinated up to date.
Please note - we are not a pound or have kennels - all our dogs stay in foster carers homes and therefore dogs are not able to be simply viewed - only approved applicants will meet the dogs.
Please Note: We do not hold any animals so please only apply if you are ready to adopt now
Please note - We don't take calls on adoption enquiries - an application must be completed
We can also be found at https://www.facebook.com/pawprintscanine/
Complete the following adoption enquiry link

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 10 day trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $100) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 10 day trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby via email including the transfer of microchip form.
