Lyra

Lyra is a young ferret that came to us from the pound. She is super sweet, very playful, and your very typical ferret that makes us laugh and be happy. I always tell people, that you can not have a bad day when you own a ferret. If their antics don't put a smile on your face, then nothing will. Lyra loves to be cheeky and is, like a lot of females, a bit of a houdini. She has introduced herself to another rescue ferret, Pantalaimon, and the two became best friends. Lyra has never bitten, however she snatches food from you in a way that can only be likened to moments in Jurassic Park. She loves her raw food, but is a bit of a pig, so will snatch and stash it, before whipping around to try and take Pantalaimon's portion. Lyra is a very healthy, young, and amazing girl.
