About Dazza
If you are interested in Dazza, or any of our Greyhounds, we require you to fill in our application form - https://forms.gle/w1iDu99Rx4PpvG7e7
This is Dazza, he’s an extra special boy.
Daz has actually been a pet for years now. He spent some time in foster after a racing career, then he was adopted. He was everything to his new Dad, and he became a certified mindDog Service Dog, but sadly Dazza’s Dad passed away, and he is back with his original foster family.
He lives with two foster-sibling greyhounds, and gets along great with them, but more than anything, tall, dark and handsome Dazza is looking for a new hooman who needs him as much as he needs them.
Dazza is an incredibly smart boy, and can be quite stubborn about what he wants, so he needs a hooman who has experience with dogs, who will be patient in building a trusting relationship, and who is committed to positive reinforcement training. Dazza will reward that trust and patience a hundred-fold.
While Dazza would be fine with another dog, he would thrive most in a situation where he is your one-and-only, and he is yours.
He is not cat or pocket-pet friendly and would be best in a home with no kids, or only older (14+) kids.
If you’re looking for true love, this could be your man.
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
