About Chocolate
Chocolate should of been named Ariel because she just wants to be where the people are.
This beautiful girl has been looking for her forever home for quite a while and we can't understand why.
Chocolate is the sweetest girl with the best nature. She is a dog that loves attention from her humans more then she is interested in any form of food.
Chocolate is GREAT with kids of all ages. She will get down to there level for pats and cuddles and is so gentle.
Choccie would suit a Family with time to spend with her and enjoys a lap dog and leisurely strolls.
Chocolate loves car trips and was absolutely a snorkler in a past life (LOVES water), and all the love she can get.
She is selective with other doggos and needs slow introductions but then is fine. She is currently running in a pack of 5 dogs. She is also good with cats and doesn't have accidents inside but does sleep outside at night.
If you think you can Chocolate her best life, please reach out. This gorgeous girl deserves her happily ever after.
Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website https://radarescue.org/adoption
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within two weeks of the adoption.
