Blondie - 9 Week Old Wolfhound X (On Trial)

Blondie is a beautiful healthy Brindle girl who was born in foster care. Her mother is a Wolfhound.

She is gentle, loving, gives the best cuddles her heart certainly isn't made of glass. She will give you endless amount of entertainment, laughter, and love. She gives sweet in-your-face puppy kisses, and her puppy eyes will melt the hardest of hearts.

Blondie will make the perfect companion; she will follow you everywhere you go and will be your friend for life. She is happy, cuddly, and very playful, doing all the things puppies do as they learn and grow which include digging, chewing, mouthing, experimenting, exploring, and wrestling with her siblings.

She will need a family who is willing to commit time to consistent training, puppy school, toilet training, regular exercise, mental stimulation and opportunities for games, walks, and lots play. She is a fast learner and is excited for life's adventures with her new furever family. She would love kids to grow with who will be respectful of her puppy needs.

She is still working on toilet training.

Blondie is microchipped and has had her first vaccination and is also flea tick and worm treated.

She is not yet desexed and will need to be in 5 months’ time with proof of sterilization for this reason she not available for interstate adoption sorry.

Blondie’s Overview
 Needs a family committed to training, exercise, play and lots of walks.
 Needs a family committed to continue toilet training.
 She would like a bed inside at night.
 Fully fenced large yard with high fences.
 She will need to be returned to a DRN-approved vet for desexing when she is 6 months old.
 Loves humans so needs to be welcomed into the family home.

Blondie is in foster care in the Toukley, NSW area. They are currently available for interstate adoption. The adoption fee is $700.00 and they are desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms and microchipped.

PLEASE NOTE: Dog Rescue Newcastle provides individual listings with specific requirements for each foster dog. If you submit an application or inquiry and DO NOT receive a response within 5 business days, please understand that you have not met the specific requirements for this dog. Please do not be disheartened or discouraged, this simply means you were not a suitable match at this time.

This organisation's adoption policy is moderate. What does this mean?

(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire: https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
