Like the flower, Mandevilla is a bold and beautiful little pup eager to find a family of her own who are committed to the delights of a puppy and to take her on plenty of new experiences.

Mandevilla has settled well into her Foster family interacting fabulously with the 2 patient resident dogs, following their lead through play, exploring or just learning how to switch off. She is a confident, happy pup overjoyed to see you with a tail that never stops wagging. She is cheeky and like all puppies of her age, is interested in all things that move and anything that will fit in her mouth.

Mandevilla is great with kids but does need her attention re directed onto appropriate mouthing toys so will need puppy savvy kids/teens who know how to act around an excitable, nippy little lady.

She is currently sleeping through the night in her crate, toilet training is going great and she will let you know when she needs to go outside. She is on 3x meals a day, appropriate for her age and is very food motivated so training should be a breeze.

Mandevilla arrived into care with Ringworm (a form of dermatitis – not worms) so her new owner will need to treat the Ringworm with cream supplied by Starting Over Dog Rescue twice a day. Please note, neither humans or residents dogs have contracted the Ringworm whilst she has been in foster care for over a month

Mandevilla’s new family will need to make a firm commitment of Puppy School followed by Obedience so she can be the best dog she can be. They will be rewarded with an endearing, affectionate new family member who loves a cuddle, a smooch and most of all, a loyal friendly family member.
