About Sammy Aka Tiger
‼️ AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION ‼️
Sammy aka Tiger
Newtown NSW
991003001712643
Sammy aka Tiger was the beloved pet of an elderly man who is now too unwell to care for him.
A few months ago, Tiger’s owner had to go to respite care. Unfortunately, he will soon move on to a nursing home, never ever coming home to his cat.
Since the man left home, Tiger had been living by himself in the yard, sleeping on the patio in a box placed there by his caring neighbour.
The neighbour has always kept an eye on Tiger. In fact, she helped the elderly man have Tiger desexed almost a year ago. Since the man left, she has been Tiger’s primary source of food, care, and love. But she is first to admit what she can give Tiger is not enough.
Tiger is a spritely two-year-old boy, de-sexed, vaccinated, and microchipped, but with no home and nobody to love him anymore.
This ginger boy is very affectionate once he gets over his initial shyness with strangers. A smart, handsome little boy, confident indoors and outdoors. He is a brave little survivor - he's had to be.
He would suit a home where he can access a secure balcony or yard to explore, bask in the sun, and chatter at birds. Because he’s still young, he can be trained to be a totally indoor cat.
Please, would you consider giving Tiger a permanent, or even a temporary home?
