About Linus
**All pets' adoption fees are half-price during March**
Linus is a sweet and shy young cat looking for his forever home. He grew up on the streets with limited human contact, so he's still getting used to being around people. He needs an understanding and patient family who will show him that there is no need to be afraid. Although he's still adjusting to life in a home environment, Linus already knows how to use the litter box, and loves playing with all kinds of toys!
Linus would do best in a quiet household, or at least an area of the home where he can retreat if things become too overwhelming. He should only live indoors, and should be fed kitten food multiple times a day to keep him healthy. If you have other cats at home, slow introductions are key to make sure everyone gets along.
If you're looking for a loyal companion who loves cuddles once he gets comfortable, then Linus might be perfect for you! Can you open your heart and home to this sweet kitty?
Medical notes
When one of our pets finds a new home, our team then book into the Council's contracted vet for them to be desexed (the next business day typically). We will transport your new furry family member to our vet for desexing in the morning. In the afternoon, you can then collect your furry friend from the vet following their procedure.
Adoption details
Please remember that the pets we have available sometimes come to us with no history, so we do our very best to get to know them while they are here and to match them to your home. Sometimes animals behave differently outside of the shelter environment, so please do keep in touch after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
