WOOF WOOF! I'm Rosco - but around here, they call me the *shelter hippopotamus* (you'll get it when you see me). I'm a big, cuddly guy with an even bigger heart, and yes... I *love* my snacks.

That said, I'm ready to start a little weight-loss journey to help out my joints, and I'd love a family who can support me with gentle walks, healthy treats, and lots of love.

I've got great manners, I *love* going for walks or even a light jog, and I'm already a pro at "sit." I'd be thrilled to keep learning new tricks - who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks, right?

I've been social with calm doggy friends here, but I'll need a little help building my confidence and social skills out in the real world.
