About Billy

I am a very affectionate fella, I'm known as Mr Smoocher! I also have my playful moments with my toys. I can get razzed up easily so no young kids for me please. I would make a great lap cat, I just have so much love to give someone special!

I would prefer to be your one and only cat at home, I want all your love and attention on me.
