Hello everyone my name is Lesa! I am searching for my forever home, could that be with you? I am a very relaxed girl who loves to spend the day sunbaking in the sun people watching. I enjoy spending time inside with my family watching a movie, but also love to be outside lazing around in my own space sometimes. It would be best for me to go home with a family who have experience in owning dogs and understand how to read dog body language. I can be a bit of a sensitive girl at times and sometimes I can get overwhelmed, it would be great if my family can understand when I am trying to communicate this and help me to feel better. I am a little uncomfortable with lots of touch and loud noises, so I would be best to go to a home where everyone is over 12 years. I get along with most other dogs so if you have a calm and relaxed dog at home please bring them in to meet me under supervision of our experienced team! They can help make sure we are getting along and are comfortable with each other before we go home together. If you think you are the perfect family for me, please come and meet me at the shelter!

Due to having hip dysplasia my vets have recommended that I maintain a good body weight, and continue with regular light to moderate exercise and I need to stay on medication to ensure I remain pain free.
