Bolt

Meet Bolt, the deluxe version of a Build-a-Bear! Bolt is a lovable, affectionate, and intelligent little guy who will steal your heart.

Bolt is a cat-friendly dog who enjoys the company of children and travels well in the car. He is also a great walking companion and is indifferent to most dogs.

When he's not out exploring, Bolt loves to snuggle up on the couch with his favorite humans. He is an intelligent dog who loves to learn and is already well-behaved. Bolt walks well on a leash and learns quickly with positive reinforcement in the form of tasty treats and happy humans.

Bolt is nervous of some dogs and needs to be reassured they won't hurt him. He won't enjoy offlead parks where other dogs can approach him uncontrolled. He does have a dog friend he loves playing with, she looks like him and they have similar personalities and play styles. 

Bolt would do best in a calm home without children and where someone is home a-lot, as he can get restless when left alone. With time and patience, he may settle into a routine and become more comfortable with being alone. A dog door would help him feel safe and comfortable in his new home.
