About Niro
Niro is a little bundle of fun and happiness who is sure to put a smile on your face. He is an affectionate boy who will come running to you as fast as his little legs will carry him to say hello. Niro is a confident pup who is keen to meet new people and make new friends. He loves to run around the yard and do zoomies. Watching him play keeps you entertained for hours. Once it is nap time though, he is happy to curl up with his siblings and dream the night away.
While in foster care, Niro is living with two of his siblings and two adult dogs who are showing them the ropes. He enjoys playing tug of war, chasies and rumbling with the other dogs. Niro is expected to grow to a larger staffy size and will be relatively active when fully grown. He will require daily exercise and mental stimulation to keep him happy and healthy throughout his life.
Niro likes his food so is likely to enjoy training time with his people. Like any puppy, his new owners will need to be committed to his ongoing training and socialisation to ensure that he grows up to be a well-mannered adult dog. Socialisation with other dogs should be with other known friendly individuals to ensure positive experiences for the puppy in the form of play dates or pack walks when he is old enough. Niro travels well in the car, is used to sleeping in a crate at night and is progressing well with his toilet training.
We are looking for a dog experienced home for Niro that appreciates how to train a bully breed and get the most out of them. He would do well in a home with another older and already trained dog who can show him the ropes but would also be ok as an only dog if given the appropriate support to settle into this environment. Niro should be allowed inside to be with the family and must have a warm comfy bed inside to sleep on at night. He has not yet had exposure to children would be fine to live with older dog savvy children. Whoever adopts Niro is in for a lifetime of fun, adventures and laughs with their new best friend.
If you are interested in applying for this little hunk, then please complete a Dog Adoption Enquiry Form on the Fetching Dogs website as the first step. Please include details of your previous dog experience and plans for Niro’s future socialisation and training.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
