Hey Hey Oakland here, or who we like to call hurricane Oakland!

Oakland has A LOT of energy and being a Pointer she is looking for a job to enrich her mind. Therefore, Oakland is looking for an experienced owner who is familiar with her breed and her requirements. She would be best suited in a home with older teens and adults. A home with proper secure fencing is a must for this cheeky gal.

You will often find Oakland running around the yard, and quite frankly A LOT. She LOVEEEEEEESSSSS to play fetch and will not hesitate to remind you with her voice to pick the ball up and throw it. It's her favourite game in the world. She would love nothing else but to play fetch with her hooman all day.

Oakland previously lived with a few doggos in her previous home and has been fine with her pals here at the shelter, so she may be okay sharing a home with another doggo her size. Cats, pocket pets and small dogs do cramp her style tho.
