About Raccoon
This is Raccoon! He is an absolutely lovely fellow who is finally ready for adoption after a long time in our care. He is a very special cat to the staff here but it's time that he finds his furrever home. Raccoon loves the company of his people (as long as they aren't wearing gloves- he isn't the biggest fan of the vet clinic). He loves pats and snuggling, especially once he has gotten to know you and built a bond with you. Since Raccoon has FIV, he must be an indoor-only cat and kept up to date on his annual vaccinations. Raccoon may be able to go home to another cat so long as they are also FIV positive and are introduced very slowly. Raccoon is looking for a calm home where he can spend his days luxuriating in the sun with his family. He is best suited to a teen/adult home since he is an older boy who is ready to decompress from the stress of the shelter.
If you have lots of love to give this gorgeous boy who wants nothing more than to be with his people out of the shelter, please come and visit him at RSPCA Burwood.
