About Gia
Introducing Gia,
Gia came into care at one week old with her siblings after their mother cat ran away! She was so lucky to be accepted by a loving surrogate mama and is now big and strong enough to leave foster care and live in her very own forever home!
Gia is an independent little miss who equally loves the company of others as much as she loves company by herself. She is a little more reserved and although affectionate, will remove herself when she is fed up.
She is a quiet little chicken who has a wild side. Gia loves to run around crazy and chase her siblings. She loves to wrestle with her sister Lucia and climb really fast up and down her cat tree. She also loves to watch birds out the window!
She would need a family who respects her alone time and don't bombard her with attention if she isn't wanting it.
She LOVES other cats but you know what she loves more? Her sister. Gia's sister Lucia is also listed on Pet Rescue and it would be so fabulous if they could be adopted together.
Because of Gia's love of other felines, we will only be seeking a home with an existing cat (or one with her sister).
She hasn't been around kids but we believe she would be fine with older, responsible kids. She has also never been exposed to dogs but a calm, cat friendly dog would also be great.
