Sherman Tank is an affectionate and sweet goofball. The perfect day for him includes a morning walk, followed by breakfast. He then enjoys sunbathing, chewing on a bone or frozen treat followed by more sunbathing and napping to see him through the afternoon. He enjoys an evening walk or play time with his humans or an approved doggy friend in the backyard. He then enjoys dinner and snuggling on the couch or his bed nearby before heading off to his comfy bed to sleep through the night.

Sherman Tank would love to have a compatible doggy room mate. If this isn't possible he'd love owners willing to spend plenty of time with him and keep him occupied with activities when they are out for long periods of time.

Sherman Tank is compatible with some large friendly dogs. His current friends are both female, a labrador and a ridgeback. They are both the same age as him.

Sherman Tank requires a confident owner willing to give him consistent direction and lot of love. He requires an owner that will advocate for him and let him lead the life that is best for him. He loves learning and has a solid repertoire of basic tricks and would love to learn more. He is very food motivated and picks up new tricks quickly. He is fully toilet trained but of course would appreciate having access to a yard where he can relieve himself. Sherman Tank walks very well on the halti with his carer. He can be reactive to other dogs so does require a proactive owner who will distract him with a task when dogs are passing e.g. sit and offer a treat. He is not suitable as an off leash or dog park dog as he sometimes enjoys chasing other dogs more than they appreciate being chased.

Sherman Tank is a sweet, affectionate dog that wants nothing more than to be loved, visit a relaxed pub or cafe, and go for long walks with his family. With affection and direction, you'll have yourself a loyal and loving canine in no time.
