Introducing Mr Mack.
As a foster carer sometimes you come across an animal that you think “ How the heck did you end up in the pound” . Mr Mack is one such animal.
When Mr Mack arrived at our home he was relaxed , and though he is a bigger cat, he is as gentle as gentle can be with one everyone, people, other cats, and even our dogs.
Mr Mack waits until everyone else has eaten before he goes to the food bowl, has no problem with being pick up, and very much enjoys a cuddle. He will come and sit with us when we work from home, happily settled in the bed on the desk, content in the fact he is just with you. He looks for and enjoys companionship.
As you can see in the photos to find him cuddled up with one of the other fosters is nothing unusual, all the other fosters trust him and gravitate towards him. His relationship with our dogs is equally as relaxed and friendly.
A gentle heart and a kind soul has our Mr Mack. It is an absolute pleasure to be his foster carer and whoever adopts this adorable young man will be indeed fortunate. No words can express just how special Mr Mack is.

Adoption Process
Once you have decided you would like to meet or apply for one of our pets, we email out our Adoption Application. We ask that the Adoption Process be read and if comfortable with how we adopt, complete the application and email it back for processing. This takes approximately 5-7 days. If approved the pet will come for a 6 week trial for cats and 3 week trial for dogs . We believe it takes that long for a pet to settle. If all goes well during the trial and you wish to finalise the adoption we email all vet certificates and change of microchip forms. We believe in matching the right pet with the right home so your application does not guarantee an approval.
