Hi everyone - my name is Sasha and I am a sweet and shy Border Collie.

I came to the RSPCA through no fault of my own - I was lost and now I am looking for a new forever home.
It will have to be a special home, with special people as I am still very nervous. The people here don't think they've seen my true personality, and it might be a while before you do, so my new home needs to be a very quiet and patient one. while I get to know you. Due to this, an adult home will suit me best, but I also might be ok with older dog savvy teens. No small children please! They will be too overwhelming for me.

I will be best suited to a property with a lot of space, as true to my breed I need to be able to run and stretch my legs and work off my energy. A secure fenced yard will also be required. I do like other dogs, I have met some in the shelter. They do need to be calm and respectful of my space though, and I will need to meet them first, just to make sure we get along. I haven't shown much interest in toys, but I do LOVE a tennis ball.

I want to be inside with you, it's very important to me to be with my people.
