I’m going to introduce you to an eight month old, 9kg female, shitzu x bulldog x collie.

Achoo may be in rescue but let me assure you no one has ever hurt her. This girl knows nothing but pure love and kindness. From her birth she has always been touched by hands that love and adore her. Achoo came to us with her brothers and sisters as six week old pups. She was surprisingly small, weighing just 650 grams. Her brothers and sisters were 2 to 3 kgs at the same age.

She’s a really well put together little dog. She’s a great friend to anyone she meets. She’s always met people happily and they easily become enamoured by her. She is looking for her fairy-tale home.

At night Achoo wakes quite often, immediately hyper-panting. Multiple tests have revealed no abnormalities detected. She sometimes does her hyper breathing in situations that are new to her also. She’s so happy and healthy and we believe it’s just her breeding cross or just her; and just her is just fine.

Whilst beautifully crate trained she generally sleeps on our bed. Her head resting on my feet. There she stays the whole night and late into the morning. Don’t let that trick you into thinking she’s toilet trained…just keep a close eye on her, regularly taking her outside to do “wees and poos outside” Then she will be fine.
During the day for her big nap she comes to me and sleeps between my feet.

She wants to please you. She is very smart and learns quickly what you are asking of her. Patience, kindness and repetition is the key to training any dog.

Achoo is a soft and gentle, sweet, loving creature. A cuddly bundle of fluff and happiness. She has a lovely soft coat that is therapeutic to run your fingers through as you massage her back. I’ve never before been near a dog with this type of coat, soft as velvet, black as black, it glistens beautifully in the sun.

Speaking of her beautiful luscious coat she really wants someone who is committed to caring for her grooming requirements. I fear for her coat…. it needs daily attention to check if anything is stuck in it. ( rarely poop but she’s got a fluffy bum) Weekly bathing, she’s used to showers. Trimming and brushing those divine crinkle cut hairs on her ears. She has a thick stumpy tail, kind of like a beavers. The hair twirls beautifully around it.

She has been well socialised with dogs of all ages, types and breeds. She is extremely submissive to dogs here. She understands and responds well to what other dogs expect from her and are telling her.

Her cat exposure is limited, our cats don’t appreciate dogs at all. She would just need to have supervised training for a day or two.

Achoo loves water; if a pool isn’t part of her everyday life she won’t be happy. A common game she and her litter mates play is catch your own splash. She finds this game very entertaining; this game also fascinates humans and never fails to amuse. She does this often, rain hail or shine, hot or cold….it doesn’t take much to dry her off. If you upend the pool she puts her feet in her water bowl and splashes water everywhere.

A lover of cows hooves, pigs ears and shoes. She has carried toys around since she was a very young pup .

Achoo is an extremely special little girl. An extremely intuitive pup. She owns a huge chunk of many hearts. Achoo needs someone who is going to be committed to her ongoing training. Someone who will help her to reach her full potential and she is absolutely oozing with potential. Someone who will create one of those dogs that everyone stops and points at and never ever forgets.

This is a once in a lifetime sort of dog, a rare opportunity….I’m completely seriously no hard sell happening here …she is amazing. She wants to be everything to someone; someone’s complete entire world, someone’s universe. That’s what Achoo truly deserves

She loves zoomies, she explodes from here to there, over this, under that; with a 360’ turn in between. She jumps in mid air at high speed an incredible beautiful sight to see and something to thoroughly enjoy. She will surprise you with her airborne manoeuvres and happy antics.

I’m extremely proud of how awesome; how much of a great dog our beautiful Achoo is. The only reason we are letting her go is because we know deep in our hearts there’s someone out there that needs her more. She deserves to be someone’s fantasy dog. She deserves a fairytale forever home.
