Frankie & Lou Lou

Lou lou – the snuggle monster -female 3 years old (but with a birthday soon). It’s not often that a pair of dachshunds of each sex come up and we’re confident that anyone who offers the right home for them will be amply rewarded. Lou lou has an adorable temperament, seriously loves people, laps are for cuddling up in and perhaps her only downfall is that she’s something of a flirt, in particular with men, and at meal times flashes those dachshund doe eyes so any new owner will need to learn to ignore them!

like most dachshunds lou lou gets on well with other dogs but is wary of large ones. Frankie – male 3 years old – loyal, loving and lou lou’s protector. Frankie is a dachshund who will not leave your side as he is so loyal to his pack owners, even following them into the sea when they try and swim. If you’re feeling sick or upset, well expect to share it with frankie as he’ll not leave you to suffer alone. At 3 months of age frankie was well socialized with people, loved other dogs, even the big ones, but since lou lou has come along he’s become very protective of her around other strange dogs. With the dogs he knows he absolutely loves them and plays actively and affectionately. For this reason frankie will need to be with a family who will take part in some re-training frankie to accept other dogs on walks. Both dachshunds love the car, walks, cuddles and attention. They can be rehomed with children, but not toddlers, will need to go to a family or couple who are home most of the day and who will, as a matter of course involve them in their daily lives. These are two very much loved dachshunds and we’re looking for a home who know what it’s like to be “owned by dachshunds”
