About Artie
Meet Artie, a local celebrity looking for his forever home!
Yep, that's me!
I'm handsome, smart and have a few quirks that I would like to share with you.
I’m quite often the centre of attention at the local café. I love getting affection from strangers and have even met a couple of little humans which was fun.
Once I’ve done my round on greetings at the café, I’ll plonk myself on the floor – everyone else can just walk around me, right?
I’m looking for a home that will be happy to keep learning with me. I’ve come a long way with my walking skills during foster care, but I still have a few things to work on until I can become an absolute pro! For example, loud noises can be a little scary for me, but I’m growing in confidence every day!
One of my quirks is my love of collecting things, especially shoes! What is it about shoes that I can't just leave them? Don't worry, they are safe with me and I just want to keep admiring them on my bed.

About Artie
Artie has come such a long way during his time in foster care and is now ready to find his forever home. He will need a family that is patient and willing to work with him as he continues to grow in confidence.
Artie is a bit of a local celebrity and gets a lot of attention in his community – particularly when he visits the local café. He enjoys doing the rounds to make sure he receives affection from all the patrons and plonks himself down after a job well done.
Artie is an absolute pro at digging so he'll need a small sandpit and a nice backyard where he can go for zoomies and practice his skills. With the right family who is patient and willing to work with him, Artie will continue to grow in confidence as he adjusts to pet life. A home that avoids high-traffic areas at first will help him as well.
If you're looking for a loving companion who enjoys meeting people and playing in the backyard then Artie could be the perfect fit for your family!
