Luna

The gorgeous Luna broke free from deathrow in the pound into temporary care and is a very sweet girl 💕

She now needs her forever home or a longer term carer in the Sydney area so she can feel fully at home and have her vetwork completed.

She is a 6 to 8 years old, Irish Wolfhound Type.

Luna is a sweet, gentle girl who is ready to thrive following breaking free from deathrow.
 
Luna loves pats and cuddles – if you stop for a moment she will nuzzle gently into you for more love. She is really for a loving and affectionate home where she can feel truly settled.  
 
Luna is amazing on the lead, she enjoys exploring the new smells and sights. She will pull sometimes but does respond well and just wants to keep walking along with you. She will stop to say hi to other dogs on her walks but doesn’t bark or react when out on a walk, she is very gentle.

Luna does need very slow intros to new dogs however, she can be dominant so meeting any other dogs must be controlled and only once she is fully settled in her new home. For this reason Luna would be best as an only dog.
 
Since coming into care Luna has started sitting and shaking hands, she is very clever and responds well to training. While she settles in she would benefit from having someone home more often than not so she can relax and feel at home with someone by her side at least for the first few weeks.

Luna is a gorgeous girl and will make a carer or adopter very happy with her beautiful nature.
