About Beau
Beau is a loyal, friendly, and affectionate dog who will steal your heart instantly. He loves to play but spends most of his day sleeping in the sunshine. He likes to boop you with his head when he'd like a pat, and he has perfected the 'lean against your leg' cuddle technique. He's not a barker but will' talk back' to you if you start a debate - it's adorable!
Beau enjoys a short walk each day and looooooves sniffing around, even if you walk the same route every day. On weekends Beau would love to take a trip to the park to hang out with some dog pals. He also loves visiting the beach. He enjoys swimming and will run in the surf and have a great time!
Beau is an adaptable pup who has moved around with his family in the past and settled easily into new homes. Even though he's mostly a couch potato (you should see the funny positions he falls alseep in!), he loves zoomies, so a good-sized yard would be ideal. Beau isn't an escaper by nature but can get a fright with fireworks, so a minimum 6-foot fence would be required to keep him safe and sound. At home, Beau is low-maintenance and isn't one to make a mess or chew things he shouldn't.
Beau was gentle and easy to train as a puppy, and although he is not particularly food-motivated, he does love occasional treats (especially bananas!). He loves rough-and-tumble play with his owners but is exceptionally responsive and knows to stop when asked. He walks well on a loose leash but can pull if something darts out in front of him and catches his eye, so a physically strong owner would be best for walkies.
Beau is a lovely dog inside and out, and his new owners are bound to feel very lucky to have found him!

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
