About Maya
*maya is currently trialling her new home* hi i’m maya and i want to wiggle and wobble my way into your life!!!!
maya and her two siblings were dumped in our local pound on christmas eve and luckily for them there was a lovely 4 legged surrogate mum who took the pups on, keeping them safe and full of milk until homes were found for them. Now little maya, who sarg couldn’t leave behind after her siblings were adopted, is looking for a forever home of her own!!
maya’s a healthy, happy, friendly pup who is very affectionate and loves being with you. We don’t think this adorable baby has ever been on a lead before (see video below!) so she’ll need some training with this. While in foster care maya will learn the basics such as “sit” and “down”. This social, fun-lovin’ pup is confident around people and children as well as other animals especially other friendly pups. Maya isn’t fussy when it comes to food which will help with her training and being short-haired she’s a low maintenance pup who won’t require much grooming – not sure if you can tell in her photos and video but she’s actually a very dark chocolate brown almost black colour……nice!
as maya is only a young puppy she will require ongoing obedience training as well as socialisation with other dogs so she grows up to have lovely manners. Daily walks, secure fencing and staffy-tough toys to keep her stimulated are also a necessity so she doesn’t get bored and up to mischief. Maya would be best suited to an indoor / outdoor lifestyle with either a doggie companion to learn from or on her own but only if she won’t be left alone for long periods of time especially while she’s a pup. If you think you’ve got the time, patience and love to bring up wiggly, wobbly maya then please contact sarg for an application now!!
