About Cleo
Introducing Cleo, an incredibly well-behaved, loving, and affectionate feline who has blossomed into a fantastic cat with a unique personality and sweet disposition! Known for her relaxed and calm demeanor, Cleo brings joy to everyone she encounters and embodies all things serene and beautiful.
Cleo is a true love bug, giving tender head-butts to wake you up for breakfast, not because she's eager to bother you, but as a gentle reminder of the bond you share. She has quite particular tastes and isn't one for the hustle and bustle of play. She knows what she likes, which is a snuggle session in a nest of her caretaker's clothes, savoring creamy treats, and basking in affection, particularly firm body-length pats.
But that's not to say that Cleo doesn't have an occasional playful streak. She enjoys her zoomies and loves to transform clean laundry into an engaging game. Cleo's preferred pastime is chasing moths, becoming entirely fixated in the thrill of the chase. Yet, the moment the excitement of the day subsides, she's just as happy snoozing placidly at the end of the bed.
Though she's not yet adapted to being a lap cat or being picked up, time and patience will allow the bond to deepen. For now, Cleo is content being the 'big spoon' or lying nearby, offering her quiet companionship. When she looks at you with those big, expressive eyes, you'll know that your patience is worth it.
Cleo arrived at the shelter terrified of humans, but with unwavering love, dedication, and nurturing, she’s grown into a sweet girl who enjoys the company of people. She does hope dinner won't take too long, though—she's a cat that appreciates a good meal!
For those in search of a calm, affectionate companion who is equal parts independent and lovable, Cleo is a perfect fit. This beautiful girl is ready to find her new family, and we promise the serenity and happiness she brings will be unparalleled.
Cleo came into our care with her mum, Whisper (the tabby), and her brother, Marcus (the black and white). She would love to be adopted with her family but she is well adjusted and independent enough to cope and be happy if homed without them.
