ABOUT
Gaston is a gentle and gorgeous silver tabby ready for his forever home. He is a very sweet boy who is initially a bit anxious around new people but settles in quickly to a new home environment where he has a safe space. Gaston loves to have a chat and will look adoringly into your eyes. He enjoys zoomies up and down the hallway and loves his mouse toy with its long tail which he swings around in his mouth. He has recently taken up chasing and catching ping pong balls with impressive soccer footwork, and he loves helping with the recycling by breaking down cardboard boxes.
Gaston is curious and likes to know where you are and see what you are doing. If it is something he can stick his nose into and “help”, he will. If there is a closed door, he’ll try to open it. Gaston seeks out your attention and will flop over at your feet for tummy rubs. He enjoys company and will come and sit either on your lap or beside you on the lounge. He likes to lean up against you, whether on the lounge watching television, or on your bed. Whilst he may not always stay on your bed all night, he will come for cuddles in the morning before breakfast! What a lovely way to start the day!
Gaston enjoys his window seat looking out at the world, with a keen eye for bird watching. He enjoys sleeping in the sun and munching on his cat grass. Gaston also likes some personal quiet time and will take himself off to sleep in one of his hidey holes, favouring high shelves in linen cupboards in his current foster home. He is independent enough to initiate his own play and can amuse himself chasing ping pong balls, particularly enjoying “hunting” them down the stairs!
He would make a wonderful addition to a quiet household.
