Meet Skooma, the perfect combination of Jack Russell Terrier and Whippet! This little guy is sure to steal your heart with his quirky personality and shaggy looks.

Skooma loves going for walks and runs, and is always up for a good game of fetch or tug-of-war. He keeps himself occupied during the day by playing with his toys, napping in the sun and doing zoomies in the yard. He is fully house trained, very gentle with food and loves to shake your hand!

Skooma will do well with an active family who can give him plenty of exercise and playtime.

Although he can be full of energy, he also loves his downtime and is more than happy to cuddle up with his humans to watch a movie, and snore his little snoot off.

Skooma likes other dogs, and loves rough and tumble play. However, On walks he can sometimes show signs of mild reactivity towards other dogs. These reactions are from over excitement, and his response when meeting new dogs is bouncy play.

Skooma does have a little separation anxiety and will cry for 15-20 minutes after his humans leave. If he has been exercised prior to being left, he settles faster and will just go to sleep. His new home will need to have secure fencing, as this slender boy can fit through some gaps.

Skooma is still young, so it is imperative his new owners immediately continue working on socialization and self soothing/calmness to help with his behavioral quirks.
