About Sue
Hi, Im Sue
I came into care because my old owners couldn’t keep me in the backyard due to bordom. So I would go looking for company and friends but since I have had all that social and mental stimulation in care I have been a dream boat to my foster family.
I am a stunning 1 year old Great Dane x who loves everything and everyone! Although Great Dane is on my microchip, i am about the size of a border collie, so im around medium size dog and I am fully grown. So please dont let my Great Dane title throw you off, I am the perfect size for an active young family looking for an easy going dog.
I am highly food motivated, dog friendly, cat friendly, kid friendly (although remember, I'm still young and big so learning the power of my own size is something im working on), I can sit, focus and wait for my food. Ohhh and I LOOOOVEEEE cuddles.
Dont forget I am still a puppy and although I have really good manners, I will need someone who is dedicated to continued training and socialisation to keep me at my best. I dont really chew anything and while I do bark its nothing annoying that will cause either me or my family trouble. I do sneakily like to steal the water bowl though so maybe that will get me into strife hahaha.
My ideal family would consist of two legged and four legged members, a big backyard with lots of play time and puzzle time to keep my brain active with daily 2kms walks to burn all my puppy energy. After all, a board doggy is a destructive doggy and I dont want to be like that. Positive reinforcements will always win me over.
If I sound like I would fit into your family, please send my carer a message.
I look forward to meeting my you real soon!
Sue xxoo
