About Kev
Hey there! The name's Kev, and I'm a sight-impaired Greyhound looking for a forever home that appreciates my unique awesomeness.
Despite my young age, I'm quite the dude and have a maturity beyond my years. I enjoy the tranquility of a peaceful environment, so I would thrive in a home where I can be the only pet. With no distractions, I can fully embrace my calm and composed nature and have plenty of space to relax and recharge.
When it comes to walking on a lead, I'm a dream. I take pride in my leash manners and will strut my stuff with confidence. My vision impairment doesn't hinder my ability to enjoy our strolls together. I'm a proud pooch who likes to keep my areas clean, so you can count on me to be a tidy housemate.
While I may not be fond of other pets or young children, I can assure you that I'm a gentle and affectionate companion to those who understand and respect my need for quiet time. With the right understanding and patience, we can create a harmonious bond built on trust and respect.
If you're searching for a laid-back and independent Greyhound who can bring a sense of tranquility to your home, look no further. I'm Kev, and I'm ready to be your loyal and loving companion.
Please complete the form below to be able to meet me.

We ask for a one-month "foster to adopt" period, giving us all time to ensure that I can adapt to your home. When adopting a greyhound from RSPCA Tasmania, you will receive a special orange collar, which has your dog's unique number on it. Please make sure your grey wears that collar when visiting a special greyhound off-leash area, located in Kingsborough and Launceston, or just out and about for a walk.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
