Mishka ~ Adopt me @ Petstock Chelsea 19/03/23

Mishka will be available for adoption at PETStock Chelsea National Adoption Day on Sunday 19th March. Please bring a carrier so you can adopt on the day!

Mishka is a beautiful blue cat with a few ginger markings on her chin and feet. She came into care heavily pregnant and birthed 3 healthy kittens a few days after settling in. Such a loving and caring mum she "adopted" another 5 kittens who came in shortly after, she took these in as her own and quickly started cleaning and playing with them. Most of the kittens have moved into their forever homes, so now it's time for Mishka to find a place of her own where she feels safe and free to explore her own home. Mishka is happy to share with a dog as long as they give her space. Mishka is very happy to be smoochy on the bed all day long and loves a soft minky blanket.

She's very affectionate and is getting used to living indoors, which would be a requirement of her new home. As she's had a rough life out on the streets trying to keep herself alive, and would love to feel safe and secure inside or in an outdoor cat run. She's approximately 1 year old.

Her perfect home would be one without small children as she is still learning about personal space and can get overwhelmed quickly. She loves a soft surface to make biscuits on and is a Purr machine! A quieter family with kids over 6, or older family would be perfect. Mishka would also love to be doted on as an only cat in a quiet home.

Mishka loves head and bum scratches and her favourite toy is a catnip chicken with strong legs that she throws around the room. She is vocal and happy when she sees someone she knows and quickly runs over to say hello. Her foster family are quite attached and would love to meet and greet her forever home in their own space to ensure it’s perfect for Mishka. It has been a difficult task settling her in with the foster homes older male cats as they're boisterous and too energetic.
