Molly - 14 Week Old Staffy X (On Trial)

Hi, this is Molly, a beautiful 14-week-old Staffy X puppy, who is going to grow up to be a big girl. Molly is an extremely affectionate young girl, who is looking for a family to give her the love and attention she deserves. Molly loves climbing into her foster parents arms for cuddles and snuggling up with the older dogs for naps. Molly is a shy little girl (the big world can be scary!), but her confidence is growing daily. Molly spends her days outside with her foster brother and sister and is taking leaps and bounds with her crate training.

Molly loves her Moo Cow and playing tug-o-war with her foster brother and has just discovered she can do big zoomies. Molly has started sleeping through the night in her crate and has figured out how to use a doggy door and how to let her humans know if she needs to go to the bathroom. Molly has been in the car a few times and even to Bunnings for a sausage or two. Molly is friendly with every dog she meets and eager to please. Molly’s ideal family will continue to socialise her and take her on daily walks to help her build confidence in new situations.

Molly loves human attention so her new family will need to have plenty of time to spend with her and continue her training, including teaching basic commands such as sit and wait. Molly has great recall and is very eager to please her foster parents in exchange for pats and belly scratches. Molly adores her foster siblings and would benefit from a home with another friendly older dog for her to play with each day. Molly is still learning not to jump up for pats, so homes with very young children will not be suitable for her at this stage. Molly is going to grow to be a large dog so she will need a home with good fencing that is 6ft tall with no small gaps. Unfortunately, rural fencing (e.g mesh or wire) would not be suitable.

As Molly is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she will need to be returned to a DRN approved vet for desexing when she is approximately 5/6 months old.
