Introducing Talon!

Talon (Brown and White) was surrendered with his brother Torby (White) after sadly being attacked by another dog. Thankfully his wounds were minor and with some TLC and support from his brother and 5 year old Bull Arab x foster-sister, he has bounced back both physically and in spirit!

His favourite past times include playing fetch (..retrieving the ball more consistently than his 5 year old foster sister), eating, wrestling with his brother, hunting crickets in the lawn, getting endless pats, eating and playing.

He has shown to be very respectful of our cat, and is very friendly with our parents dog, approaching with excited submission and showering him with lots of kisses! He is quite happy sleeping both outdoors with his doggy pals or indoors in the laundry and generally sleeps well through the night. He is quite smart and has shown to be a quick learner especially when treats are involved! He can wait for his food and gives up toys with minimal hesitation when asked to 'leave it'.

Talon is a very sweet pup and has been very friendly with everyone he has met. We believe that due to his age he would be best suited to a home with another dog or someone who is at home most of the time. Talon is expected to grow into a big, strong, majestic being so its important that adoptive family continue with providing him the guidance, stability, training and experiences he needs to continue developing into the well balanced, confident dog he is set out to be. In addition he would benefit from attending puppy school to allow Talon to continue to build on his socialization and training to reach his full potential to be the best boy.
