Hello! My name's Sadie. I had a rough start in life and have been in foster care for several months getting treated for some medical issues, but I am ready to be adopted now. I can be a little shy at first but you'll soon find me to be the sweetest and quirkiest companion. I am told I am quite the stunner with my silvery coat and bright eyes.
I'm good on a lead & with basic commands but sometimes I get excited and have to be reminded not to jump up on you when you come home. I love to have cuddles with everyone - dogs, cats, humans - whoever!
I have come a long way since I first came into care however my family will need to take into consideration I have sesamoiditis, which may need further management in the future. Basically I need to be treated like an old dog - good diet to keep my weight in check, supplements for my joints, and no rigorous exercise!
It can take me awhile to adapt to new places and things, as I am a bit weary as a result of my past. I am looking for a forever home where I will be lavished with the love and care that I didn't receive in my early life, in return you will receive unlimited love and loyalty.
Sadie is $350 to adopt, desexed, microchipped, C5 vaccinated and given flea, tick and worm preventatives.
