About Lola
Her name is Lola.... not so much a Show Girl, more of a Home Girl!
This lovely lady has the most beautiful, placid nature. She is at the age where all the hard stuff has been done: no challenging puppy or adolescent phase to deal with - she is good to go!
Lola has been a much loved family pet but when circumstances at her home changed, she could no longer be cared for & came to us at the shelter.
She is a bit overwhelmed with all the upheaval in her life recently & is looking for a loving family to welcome her into their hearts & home. She needs to be able to live indoors with her new family. She is clean, toilet trained & not destructive. She is happiest when she is around her people & will make a wonderful companion.
She is very affectionate & loves to just nuzzle in to feel secure. She has lovely manners & a very gentle nature. She walks nicely on the lead & is so far proving to be sociable with other dogs at the shelter. She may be able to co-habit with a suitable male canine companion, nothing too rambunctious though! A meet & greet prior to adoption is needed for this.
She is looking for a calm, quiet household & she's really not fussed if it is in the town or the country - just a family to call her very own is what she would love. We are open to the right family with well-trained kids.
She is used to being left alone whilst her people work but she would need someone with her initially to settle her into a new routine & then build up time alone slowly.
Secure fencing & a high quality diet are essential to keep her healthy & safe.
Lola's adoption fee is $350. She is desexed, microchipped, health checked & up-to-date with vaccinations, flea & worm treatments.
