I was surrendered to a pound as a 3 week old orphan with my litter mates. I couldn’t eat independently so I was popped on a lactating mother who saved my life. She has tested positive to FIV so there is a small chance (13%) that I will be fiv positive from her milk. I tested negative for fiv at 5 months of age and will be retested at 6 months.
