Ally is an adorably shy sweet girl. She came from a horrible situation where she was used for breeding and never shown any love. It was a dirty rural property with an unsuitable living situation and poor hygiene .
Thank goodness we got her out and got her the care she needed. She is slowly coming out of her shell. Everyday is small milestones .
Whilst she is good with kids we think a home without small children would be suitable. She needs quiet calm people and pets in her life. She needs gentle introduction to walking and grooming and all the things we take for granted . She looks a bit better than her photos , but because we are taking it slow she hasn’t had a groom yet. You need to be a patient and gentle person.
You’ll need to outline all of this in the application. It’s important to show that you’ve read the profile and understand Ally’s requirements. So please include a lot of information.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:

🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
