Betty

Betty is an easy-to-care-for and loving cat who loves to be around her people. When she warms up to you, you'll know it - she has a very loud and loving purr! Like many cats, she enjoys affection on her terms. She enjoys sitting on your lap and head scratches but scratches anywhere else risk making her cross. That's not to say that Betty isn't an absolute sweetheart. She's super friendly and caring - she has earnt the nickname 'Nurse Betty' because if ever you're feeling sick, she'll come and sit with you. It's like she knows!

Though Betty isn't super playful, she does enjoy a good adventure. She loves going outside to find a sunny spot or a cool breeze in the garden. She'll occupy herself indoors by sitting at the window watching the world go by. She'll even give the occasional meow at a passing bird. Betty likes to curl up on her soft blanket on the couch, and she can often be found snuggled away in cupboards - they seem so cozy and inviting! She also loves to sit by you while you work or watch television. Betty adores laptops and anyone who has one - after all, laptops make the perfect head-scratchers.

Darling Betty would prefer to be the only pet in the house as this is what she's used to, but she is adaptable enough to be suited to anything from indoor apartment living to a rural indoor/outdoor home. She is not overly cuddly but is a lovely presence in the house, making her an ideal pet for those who don't want too much fuss. With Betty in your home, you'll have a loving companion who knows when you need her most!
