About Miles
Miles is a handsome and affectionate dog who will bring lots of love and fun to his new home. With his sweet, boofy personality, Miles loves cuddling and is super playful with kids, adults, and other dogs.
Miles can be pretty mellow for his age, especially when he's inside the home, but he is enthusiastic about life and can sometimes knock over things like potplants in his excitement. For this reason, he may not be suited to a home with people he might accidentally bowl over.
Miles gets along well with other dogs but hasn't met any cats, so he hasn't made up his mind about them yet. He did meet some chickens once and figured he was supposed to chase them, so he would be best suited to a home without pocket pets, chickens or birds just in case.
He would do best in an active home with school-aged children who can give him lots of engagement, affection, exercise and adventures. He is an active pup who loves space to run around playing with toys. He loves going for walks, and he especially loves swimming. So if you're looking for a beach buddy Miles is your boy!
Miles does well when left alone for a few hours as long as he has toys, Kongs and other long-lasting chewy treats to keep him occupied. As long as Miles gets regular exercise, playtime, and cuddle time throughout the day, he will be a happy pup and go with the flow!
Miles loves car rides and travels well on a ute. When out and about, he usually stays close by and has a good recall for a young dog. Even though Miles likes to sniff out all the interesting things while walking on lead, his leash manners have been coming along really well. He loves meeting new people and has improved dramatically in learning not to jump up as a way of showing excitement. Miles would thrive in a positive environment with consistent boundaries, especially while he is still a young pup learning the ropes!
This handsome has so much love to give and has a real zest for life! With his joyful energy and happy-go-lucky nature, Miles would make the perfect companion for someone looking for a young dog to become their best mate!

When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
